Noida based Real estate firm Supertech announced on Tuesday that all the projects of Supertech have been successfully registered under Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA), thus reaffirms its commitment to the timely delivery of its 15000 flats in the present financial year (2017-18) across 50 locations all over India, mostly in the Delhi-NCR region.

Under the Real Estate (Regulatory & Development) Act RERA, developers are supposed to get all their under construction, ongoing and up coming projects registered with relevant RERA authorities, thus it will help in rejuvenate the real estate sector with better transparency and accountability.
“We have now accelerated the pace of construction at all the sites with improved manpower and supply of raw materials to ensure the timely completion of all the projects. Company has a good cash flow and will be able to meet all required finances for the construction” added R.K. Arora.
Supertech recently bagged environment clearance for the Sport City project, Greater Noida, which will be launched around Diwali and projected to be completed in next four years.
Real Estate giant Supertech has delivered more than 30000 units across 40 million sq. feet area of commercial and residential spaces. Supertech has its projects in Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Moradabad, Meerut, Dehradun, Rudrapur, Haridwar and Bengaluru.
