Consumer Court directs Amrapali Centurian Park HomeBuyers to join petition

Acting on the complaint filed by Amrapali HomeBuyers Group, the National Consumer Disputers Redressal Commission has accepted the petition against delay in possession against M/S Amrapali Centurian Park Private Limited.
Over 700 homebuyers have approached the NCDRC , asking it to intervene to proctect their investment in Amrapali Centurian Park, which includes Amrapali Centurian Park, Amrapali Centurian Park Terrace Homes and Amrapali Centurion Park-Low Rise projects.

On 11th January 2018, the NCRDC issued orders for notice to the allotees of the Amrapali Centurian Park Projects having the same grievance to appear before the commissioner in-person or though their advocate on 7th March 2018 at 10:30 AM.

 

HomeBuyers may inspect the file of the aforementioned complaint in the office of the Counsel for the Complaint(s) and apply for being impleaded a party for the complaint.
